
Jonathan Bernstein, CFP®, CPA, PFS, AIF
Managing Principal
Jonathan is the Managing Principal of RoundAngle Advisors with an extensive background in accounting and investment management. He specializes in providing financial planning, retirement planning, insurance, and investing for small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and individuals approaching or living in retirement. Combining his financial knowledge and accounting experience, he integrates tax and estate planning into investment management. As a member of the Ed Slott Master Elite IRA Advisor GroupSM, he is dedicated to being a leader in the IRA industry. Through this exclusive organization of financial advisors, he is equipped with advanced tools and resources that help him better assist his clients.
Prior to joining RoundAngle Advisors, Jonathan has worked with several accounting practices and wealth management firms, including Hudson Wealth Management, GM Advisory Group, KPMG, and Geller Marzano & Co CPAs. Today, he continues to run and manage a tax and accounting firm, Bernstein & Bernstein CPAs LLP.
Jonathan received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, a Certified Public Accountant, a Personal Financial Specialist, and an Accredited Investment Fiduciary. Committed to providing a high level of knowledge and specialization to his clients, he is actively involved in the industry. He is also a member of Financial Planning Association (FPA), Financial Services Institute (FSI), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, and New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Due to his experience in financial planning and tax issues, he has been published multiple times in the Newark Star Ledger.
Outside of the office, Jonathan devotes much of his time to his wife, Jacqueline, and their three daughters, Rachel, Lindsay, and Ella. He enjoys traveling, playing golf and tennis, and attending sporting events and the theatre. He donates to and volunteers with several charities, local community events, and fundraisers. He is currently the president of the Phi Sigma Delta Educational Foundation, an organization that has provided more than $1 million in scholarships since its inception.
